Bird With The Crystal Plumage is the story of American author, Sam Dalmas (Tony Musante) as he travels through Rome looking for inspiration for his latest writings. One day Sam visits an art gallery within the city and witnesses a horrifying attempted murder of the gallery owner’s wife. While the woman survives, she is badly injured and is then renowned for becoming the first survivor of a brutal serial killer who’s stalking the city. Knowing that Sam and the woman may be able to identify him, the kill sets his sights on finishing the job with the woman and eliminating Sam forever.
